I'm not selfish, I'm focused, committed & dedicated to reach my goals and build my dreaming life. Hi my dear friend! What a treat to be there with you today, only 30 day before Summer, it's our last chance (before the next one) to reach our dreams one step at a time. I know how tough it could be to build the momentum and to move forward no matter what. Ok.. I also admit that I need to move my a..... too to make my commitment really effective. Now, let's see how we, as a team, are going to crush that final month before summer. I've got 3 tips in my bucket! First: Choose only one goal 30 day period is quite short and the worst you can do for your sanity would be to reinvent the wheel by choosing 100 goals to reach in 30 days... No way... You are a grown up, self confident woman, self conscious... [fill the blank with your amazing core values] and you are fully aware that it's better for your self esteem to reach one medium-high goal that dreaming/ "failing" at reaching 100 goals. So... please choose ONE reachable, exciting, funny, challenging goal for the next 30 day! Write it down if you need... Draw a pic of it or even enjoy to share with us in the comment section below. Here is mine: I will implement a routine that will help me to focus on my health and to sustain my journey to happiness. Second: Begin by Brainstorming I challenge you to take a pen and paper to make a list from 30 to 1. Then after each number, choose one action to do each day to move you closer to your goal. Here is mine: Day 30: I have set my alarm at 6.30 to see the sunrise I tend to add a positive, immediate reward each day to help my brain with the twist. If I see only a "Must do" and no reward, I may increase the risk to fall off the wagon. Do not scream, I know how to postpone my rewards too.... I've waited almost 5 years and worked my butt off to earn my PhD... I've saved 3 years of money to buy a gift for my mum 60th birthday... At that particular time, I know myself enough to see that I need immediate, free gratification. It puts a smile on my face and it works perfectly... like a bonus point ;) Third: Schedule it and Do it as soon as possible! I know you my fantastic wonder woman friend... You have been not finishing to read the post yet that you think about the shopping, the next appointment or how you can put a smile on someone's face. Please... for at least 30 days, take at least 30 minutes for yourself and your sanity each day! Do not postpone or delay what matters for you. You are worthy, you are capable of becoming who you want. Do not give up on your dreams because it seems too big to reach. Crush them, one bite at a time and enjoy each victory. What's Next? First, the big news. I'll be posting each day for the next 30 days to be your buddy/ sparing partner/ punching ball/ accountable partner in crime... Fill the blank or choose the one you enjoy the most.
